The Problem
Independent pharmacies lose a significant portion of each day to phone-tag with prescribers — verifying refills, clarifying dosages, chasing prior authorisation. The patient waits. The pharmacist is on hold. The prescriber's line is busy. It is an entirely manual process built on top of a system that was never designed for it.
What We Built
RxBridge creates a secure, real-time communication channel between prescribers and dispensing pharmacies. Verification requests are initiated digitally, resolved with e-signatures, and tracked end-to-end from submission to pickup. Both sides — prescriber and pharmacist — have a shared view of the request status, with a full audit trail at every step.

What We Learned
In healthcare, the workflow is rarely the hardest problem — the trust infrastructure around it is. Audit trails, clear data ownership, and a precise understanding of liability at each step matter more to clinical users than interface polish. We are designing for that from day one.
