SabiStock
Inventory and sales management built for how Nigerian businesses actually work
Live — sabistock.com.ngLive product · Nigerian SMB-native · Naira pricing · sabistock.com.ng
The Problem
Most inventory software is built for Western markets — priced in dollars, designed for structured retail, and loaded with features Nigerian SMBs don't need. Business owners end up managing stock in WhatsApp messages and paper notebooks because the alternatives don't fit their reality.
What We Built
SabiStock is built from the ground up for the Nigerian SMB context. Stock is tracked in Naira, suppliers can be informal, and the interface works on mobile without needing a fast connection. Owners can record sales, track what's running low, and get a simple daily summary of how the business is doing — without needing an accountant or an IT department.
The Outcome
A live, paying-customer product serving Nigerian SMBs with inventory and sales management tailored to their market
What We Learned
The biggest barrier to adoption wasn't the product — it was trust. Nigerian SMB owners had been burned by software that disappeared or became unaffordable after a year. We made pricing transparent upfront, kept data export available at any time, and showed up consistently. Trust is built slowly.
